Q. What is the correct name SpaceBroccoli or Space Broccoli?

A. Either one, google them both and we will come up :)

Q. What's Dumes Day?

A. Dumes Day (not to be confused with DoomsDay) is a live celebration/party, held in New Orleans every year in June since 2013. It's held in memory of our friend Jarrod Dumes who passed away, he proclaimed his birthday as Dumes Day.  

Q. You're SOLD OUT of the shirt I want. Will you restock?

A. Our designs are limited edition (check the tag),since we arent an enormous brand yet.. So most likely we won't reproduce any design again but we always listen the opinions of our fans so you never know. twitter.com/space_broccoli for the latest updates. 

Q. Can I have some free stickers?

A. Free?? Check inside of your order when it arrives you might get a surprise.

Payment

Q. What payment methods do you accept? 

A. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the checkout steps however, you may use your PayPal account if you have one. 

Return/Exchange

Q.  What is your return/exchange policy?  

A. Buyer may return items purchased within 10 days of purchase for exchange only. Items returned must be in the same condition as when received. Shipping and handling costs (to return unwanted/damaged and/or receive new item) are the responsibility of the buyer. There are NO REFUNDS. Please email customerservice@spacebroccoli.com to request a return/exchange.

Shipping

Q.  What shipping method do you use? 

A. All orders are shipped through USPS via First Class or Priority Mail. Quicker shipping options (such as next day air) are available upon request. Please email customerservice@spacebroccoli.com for any inquiries regarding shipping.

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. We pride ourselves on our quick shipping times. Depending on your proximity to Louisiana, your package may arrive within 3-7 business days of ordering

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We ship all throughout the United States, and to every country in the world. Orders are subject to customs fees levied by the destination country. Tracking information is currently unavailable for international orders. Please email customerservice@spacebroccoli.com for any questions regarding international shipping.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. All orders are shipped with package tracking. Information, such as tracking numbers, are sent to the email you checked out with through PayPal. Please check your spam folder, or customerservice@spacebroccoli.com if you are unable find your tracking information.
